  • Where can I find my confirmation code?
    It was emailed to you after your purchase. You can also call us to give it to you if you are not able to find it in your email.
  • Can you smog my 9 ft tall truck?
    If your vehicle model year is newer than year 2000, we will be able to do your smog at all of our locations. Otherwise please contact support for your custom need.
  • Can I purchase now and use it later?
    Yes, your purchase from us never expires! You can make your purchase and go to our shops when ever is most convenient to you.
  • Is the certificate fee included?
    Yes, we include the certificate fee in our price. You won't pay any extra at the location if you have already made the purchase online.
  • I didn't use the service, where can I get a refund?
    We will refund your full amount if you haven't used the service or if we couldn't help you at our shops. Please contact customer support or email us at support@smogchecknetwork.com with the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • Do I need to make an appointment for a Smog Check?
    For vehicle models newer than year 2000 no appointment is needed. Please make the purchase online and then stop-by at any of our locations within business hours to get the service done.
  • Are your locations Star certified?
    Most of our locations are Star certified however there are a few that are not yet! So, when looking for the shop on our locations page, please pay attention if the location is or is not STAR.
